FIONA HARGRAVES
Fiona is a qualified Exercise Physiologist, Sports Scientist, Nutrition and Behavioural Scientist, and Wellness Coach with over 30 years' experience in all aspects of health and fitness in Australia and the USA including; corporate health, clinical exercise physiology, applied sports science, university lecturing and research, fitness industry coaching and instructor training, international conference presenting, and as a TV health and fitness expert and author.
Fiona's PhD in Exercise Science and Health Behaviour Change Psychology at the NICM Health Research Institute, University of Western Sydney will be completed in early 2023.
Fiona has worked with athletes - youth, recreational, high performance and masters - across a wide range of sports including equestrian, golf, swimming, snow sports, diving, gymnastics, dance, acrobatics, adventure racing and rugby.


Her own sporting background includes competitive snow skiing, aerial acrobatics and equestrian sports.
Fiona researches and teaches Exercise and Sport Science, Nutrition, and Health Psychology at University as well as consults to sporting groups and organisations. (See below for who she works/ has worked with). Fiona is the Sports Scientist for the Performance Riders by Brett Parbery program.
Fiona is OBSESSED with horses and equestrian sports and has four horses (two dogs and quite a few cows!). She is currently working on advanced/PSG dressage with her lovely mare, as well as learning to bring along a couple of young horses.
